Who we are
Chuka Hospital Staff Welfare is a social welfare group made up of all heath workers working in Chuka Level 5 Referral Hospital. Membership to the group is open to all health workers in the department of Medical Services, Public Health and ICT in the County Government of Tharaka Nithi, Kenya.

We do not share your data with third parties, however if You request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email for authentication purpose. We encourage members to use their personal mobile number for resetting their online account login credentials as (OTP) sent via SMS have proven to be more secure.
How long we retain your data
Any data and its metadata shared with us is retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that have accounts activated for online accessibility, your personal information is stored in the user profile. You can easily see and manage your account, vie statements,invoices,pay monthly contributions, request for claims, add beneficiaries, or raise a ticket online seamlessly (except that you cannot change mandatory information such as username and membership number). What rights you have over your data
If you have an account with us, you can request us to send you the personal data we hold about you or any other data you have provided to us by either login in your account online and downloading through your profile or request it via a phone call or any other means that you prefer.
