We are a Social welfare group made up of Health Workers in Chuka Level 5 Referral Hospital and the Periphery Public Health facilities. The admission to the group is open to employees only.
How to join
Membership to the welfare group is voluntary and is subject to approval by the welfare management committee at a one time Subscription fee and a monthly recurring contribution as stipulated by the Chuka Hospital Staff Welfare Association Constitution.
Payment Details
Monthly contribution for the welfare is due on10th of every month upon payment of a subscription fee paid once and an equal monthly contribution determined by welfare members on Annual General Meeting (AGM). Use the details below for payment purpose only.
