The welfare group is made up of all staff working in Chuka Level 5 Hospital and the periphery public Health Facities within Tharaka Nithi County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-4\">How to join<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-7 wp-block-paragraph\">Joining our welfare is as simple as dropping your name and contact details through your Head of Department or <a href=\"https:\/\/chukawelfare.co.ke\/main\/wp-register.php\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/chukawelfare.co.ke\/main\/wp-register.php\">registering<\/a> online on this portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-10\">Membership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-13 wp-block-paragraph\">All eligible members are required to pay a mandatory registration fee of Kshs. 100 and a monthly contribution of Kshs. 200 via the provided official Pay bill Number. The Monthly contribution fee is subject to change as per the Welfare Constitution and as adopted by a majority through an Annual General Meeting (AGM). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading gtfy-16\">How to Pay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-19 wp-block-paragraph\">All payments are paid electronically via M~pesa as shown below. All monthly contributions are due on 10th of each month.
