Chuka Level 5 Hospital Staff Welfare Group is a legally registered social welfare whose official website address is: www.chukawelfare.co.ke with a Physical Address PO. Box 8-60400 Chuka. The Welfare is made up of all Health workers working at Chuka Level 5 Hospital and the Periphery Public Health Facilities within Tharaka Nithi County.

We do not share any data with third party and strictly adhere to data protection Act,2019(no.24 of 2019) that gives right to privacy under Article 31 of the constitution of Kenya. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users with an active online account we securely store your personal information that you provided at registration in your user profile. You access only your personal information where you can see, edit or update your personal information at any time (except that you cannot change your Username, member number or delete your account). The update of member details is done once per year or upon request through the Welfare officials.

If you have an online account on this portal it is your responsibility to ensure you always log out after accessing your account. You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you however this does not override the Chuka Level 5 Hospital Staff Welfare Constitution of 2021 that requires all members information be held in trustee for administrative, legal and security purposes.
